The Sanwa RX-493i is a powerful and compact 4-channel receiver developed especially for use in RC cars. This latest generation offers a truly innovative feature for the first time: the Signal Indicator. With it, the receiver measures the signal strength in real time and transmits it via telemetry to the transmitter. This way, drivers can immediately recognise whether range optimisations are necessary.
In addition, the RX-493i has the Dual ID function, which makes it possible to pair the receiver with two transmitters – ideal for use in long-distance races when two drivers share a vehicle. The receiver exclusively supports the FH5 mode and is therefore only compatible with the M17 and MT-5 radios.
